Legal coaching may NOT be appropriate if:

• You need to navigate complex legal issues like inadmissibility or previous refusals
• Your situation is not straightforward and requires careful attention to crafting supporting documents to ensure your application is successful (e.g. you held numerous part-time jobs and want to rely on this experience to apply for PR; you were self-employed outside of Canada; you have extensive travel history; or you do not have sufficient proof of relationship with your spouse).
• You are uncomfortable handling diligent and timely document preparation or correspondence on your own
• You do not have time to work on your application or feel overwhelmed by the process and want a lawyer to manage the entire application process on your behalf
• You want full legal representation instead of self-representation
